Documents required for Saudi Arabia visa application

Tourist visa:

  • Original passport and old passports, if any
  • The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
  • 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish without specs and sunglasses (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 80% face close-up)
  • Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 3 months with a minimum balance of Rs 2,00,000, duly attested and signed by a bank official
  • Copy of your pan card
  • Copy of your Aadhar card
  • Copy of covid vaccination certificate (Both doses)

Mumbai Jurisdiction:

  • Original passport and old passports, if any
  • The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return in India, with a minimum of two blank pages
  • Visa application form duly filled by the applicant with blue or black ink pen (including sign)
  • 4 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm, 80% face close-up and ear visible without specs)
  • Invitation letter (E-Visa Approval) to be created from MOFA website using to be issued for Mumbai Jurisdiction
  • CR Copy of Saudi company
  • Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of the visit of the applicant, addressed to His Excellency, The Consul General of The Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai. and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company’s round seal.
  • Original Recommendation letter from Chamber of commerce where the Indian Company is registered stating the designation, passport details and purpose of the visit of the applicant, addressed to His Excellency, The Consul General of The Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company’s round seal.
  • Designation in invitation letter should be mentioned same in the Company letter & also in Chamber of Commerce letter.
  • The original Degree certificate of the applicant – should match the designation on the Invitation Letter.

Delhi Jurisdiction:

Type 1: For Professional / Managerial positions:

  • Original passport and old passports, if any
  • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the visa, with a minimum of two blank pages
  • Visa application form duly filled by the applicant with blue or black ink pen (including sign)
  • 4 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm, 80% face close-up and ear visible without specs)
  • Invitation letter (E-Visa Approval) to be created from MOFA website using to be issued for New Delhi Jurisdiction
  • CR Copy of Saudi company
  • Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of the visit of the applicant, addressed to The Head of Consular Section, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company’s round seal.
  • Original Recommendation letter from Chamber of commerce where the Indian Company is registered stating the designation, passport details and purpose of the visit of the applicant, addressed to The Head of Consular Section, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company’s round seal.
  • Designation in invitation letter should be mentioned same in the Company letter & also in Chamber of Commerce letter.

Type 2: For Technical positions:

  • Original passport and old passports, if any
  • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the visa, with a minimum of two blank pages

  • 4 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm, 80% face close-up and ear visible without specs)
  • Invitation letter (E-Visa Approval) to be created from MOFA website using to be issued for New Delhi Jurisdiction
  • CR Copy of Saudi company

Important notes:

If the applicant’s place of collection and dropping off documents is within Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 700 will be applicable. If the applicant’s place for dropping off documents is other than Mumbai, an additional courier fee of Rs 800 will be applicable on Saudi Arabia tourist visa fees.
