To apply for a Canada visa, the following documents are required:

1. Original Passport – Must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in Canada.

2. Visa Application Form – A duly filled and signed Canada visa application form.

3. Photographs – Two recent passport-sized photos with a matte or semi-matte finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

   • The applicant’s name and date of birth should be mentioned on the back of the photos.
   • Photos must be taken within the last three months and should not be scanned, stapled, or previously used for any visa application.

4. Covering Letter – A letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.

   • For self-employed applicants: The letter must be on company letterhead.
   • For employed applicants: The letter should be on plain paper.
   • The letter must be signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp and addressed to:

5. Financial Proof – A bank statement showing transactions for the last six months, along with any of the following:

   • Credit card copy
   • Foreign exchange endorsement
   • Traveler’s cheque
   • Fixed deposits
   • Property papers
   • Proof of occupational viability

6. Employment Verification – A letter from the employer (if applicable) confirming the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, and the company’s contact details.
